High Purity Baclofen / DL-Baclofen CAS 1134-47-0: It is a derivative of γ - aminobutyric acid, an antispasmodic drug. It is a white powder with a melting point of 206-208 ºC. It inhibits the release of amino acids such as glutamate and aspartic acid by stimulating receptors, thus inhibiting the transmission of monosynaptic and multisynaptic reflexes in the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system, thus playing an antispasmodic role.

Application&Usage	1. Used for skeletal muscle spasm caused by multiple sclerosis. 2. Used for spasticity caused by infectious, degenerative, traumatic, tumor or unexplained spinal cord diseases, such as: spastic spinal palsy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, syringomyelitis, transverse myelitis, trauma Paraplegia or paralysis, spinal cord compression, spinal cord tumors, and motor neuron disease. 3. Used for brain-derived muscle spasm, such as: muscle spasm caused by cerebral palsy, pediatric cerebral palsy, stroke and cerebrovascular accident, brain tumor, degenerative encephalopathy, meningitis, and craniocerebral trauma. 4. It can also be used for urinary retention caused by external sphincter spasm.
