It is predominantly used in anti-aging skincare formulations, including creams, serums, and lotions targeting expression lines and wrinkles, especially on the forehead, around the eyes, and mouth. 2. It is an oligopeptide composed of six amino acids that mimics the N-terminus of SNAP-25 protein. Hexapeptide inhibits the synthesis of SNARE receptors, suppresses the excessive release of catecholamines and acetylcholines in the skin, locally blocks nerve transmission of muscle contraction signals, relaxes facial muscles, and achieves the goal of smoothing fine lines.
